Valerie Moore
Valerie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Art Therapist and SoulCollage® Facilitator with 20 years of experience in facilitating workshops and groups. Valerie encourages and supports healing through a Somatic based holistic approach of Whole-Body Awareness.
When we carve out time/space to get out of the chatty logical left brain and drop into the right brain which at cellular level connects with intuition, feelings and memories through the 5 senses, we give voice to and the gift of deep integration and transformational growth and healing.
The process of SoulCollage® opens way for this soul led healing through the use of imagery and journaling prompts. Let Go of expectations and Trust the Process!
