I created this 45-minute space for you to pause, get real, and look at the dream you’ve been carrying. There is no pressure here, no performative capability required, and no sales pitches. It is simply two women looking honestly at what you need to come home to yourself.
1. What I Will Help You Do on This Call
In our 45 minutes together, I will guide you to:
- Locate Your Dream: We will gently name the creative project, the business vision, or the lifestyle change you’ve been keeping on a shelf.
- Pinpoint Your Energy Leaks: We will look at where your vital energy is currently draining into over-functioning and carrying the weight of everyone else’s logistics.
- Explore the Fit: We will honestly see if my year long container, The Sistering, is the sacred, held home your nervous system has been waiting for to step into a new, consistent rhythm.
2. How I Work
- Choose Your Time: Select a quiet 45-minute window on my calendar where you won't be interrupted.
- Meet with Me: We’ll meet on Zoom, exactly as you are. You do not need to be "fixed" or "ready" to get on a call with me.
3. Is My Dream Catcher Call Right for You?
This call is a perfect fit if:
- You are a highly capable, sensitive woman who is tired of being the reliable "rock" with no place to lean.
- You are ready to commit to a 12-month journey of steady, cyclical growth with me, rather than looking for a quick, intense fix.
- You are willing to practice the uncomfortable but healing art of receiving support instead of just giving it.
This call is not the right fit if:
- You are in an acute mental health, relational, or financial crisis that requires clinical therapy or professional intervention (as my work is transformational, not clinical).
- You are looking for a rapid business accelerator, a quick-fix marketing program, or immediate, overnight results.
- You cannot commit to showing up consistently for yourself and your sisters over the course of the next year.
- You prefer 1-on-1 coaching exclusively and feel resistant to my belief that community is a core part of the healing.

I’m already so busy. What if I don't have time for this call?
This call is only 45 minutes, and I designed it to give you time back by looking at where you are leaking your vital energy. If you can find 15 minutes to take care of someone else, I promise you can find 45 minutes to tend to your own vision with me.
Do I need to have my business or project fully figured out before I book?
Not at all. In fact, trying to figure it out alone is what’s keeping you stuck. The purpose of our Dream Catcher Call is to locate the seed of your dream. I help you build the safety first, and let the clarity rise naturally inside The Sistering.
How is this different from a sales call?
I do not do high-pressure sales. It is dysregulating for your nervous system and mine. This is a mutual space of discernment. If my container is a fit, we’ll both feel it. If it’s not, I will gladly point you to other resources or practitioners in my network.
