Why I built this
I did not want another program asking women to sell.
For a long time I would meet a woman on a welcome call and ask how she found her way here, and she would name another woman. A friend. A sister. Someone from her old job who had been telling her about this for a year.
I was not paying any of those women. They were doing the most important work in this business, the part I cannot do from a podcast or an ad, and the thanks they got was a nice feeling.
That sat badly with me for longer than it should have. Share a Sister is the correction. When you hand this to a woman and she walks through the door, you get $500, because you are the reason she is standing there.

01Apply, and hear back from a person
The form is short. Affiliates are approved by hand, because every woman sharing this should know what she is sending someone into. You will hear back within a few days, and approval comes with your link and your dashboard login.
02Get your link and your dashboard
Your personal tracking link is yours permanently. The dashboard shows clicks, referrals, and pending and paid commissions in one place. If you are also a member, note that this login is separate from your member login.
03Share it in your own words
Borrow a script from the toolkit below or write your own. Say that you earn a commission every time, in every format. Being upfront about it is required by FTC guidelines and it is also the reason women trust what you send them.
04She clicks, and the window holds
She does not have to join the same day. As long as she enrolls inside the cookie window and yours was the last link she clicked, the referral is credited to you. TOFILL: cookie duration
05You get paid
Once her enrollment settles, the money is yours. If she joins on the annual plan, $500 lands in one payment after her 10-day refund window closes. If she joins monthly, $250 comes after that same window and the remaining $250 at month six. There is no cap on how many women you can refer.

What I will not promise you.
I will not tell you this is passive income, that referrals come without effort, or that you will earn a particular amount. I have no idea how many women you will send and neither do you.
I will also say my own interest out loud. Share a Sister exists because women hear about this room from other women far more often than they hear about it from me, and paying you properly for that is more honest than hoping you keep doing it for free.

Do I have to be a member to share?
No. Members share from the inside and that carries its own weight, and plenty of affiliates are women who know the work, know Isabelle, and know exactly who needs it.
I have referred women for years. Can I be paid for those?
Thank you for every one of them. Commissions can only be paid on referrals tracked through the program, so we are unable to apply it retroactively. Everything from your approval date forward is yours.
Where do I find my link and my dashboard?
Both arrive in your approval email. Your affiliate dashboard is separate from your member login, so if you are a member you will have two sets of credentials.
What if she joins months after clicking?
As long as she is inside the cookie window and yours was the last link she clicked, the referral is credited to you.
Do I need an audience?
You need one woman you were already going to text. Most referrals in this program come from a single conversation rather than a campaign.
Is there a limit to what I can earn?
There is no cap on commissions. There is a cap on the room. The Sistering holds 44 women in year one, so referrals are credited in the order they come in until the doors close.
What if she chooses the payment plan?
It splits. Annual plan, $500 in one payment after her refund window closes. Monthly plan, $250 after the window and $250 at month six. The total is identical either way, it just follows her enrollment.
Can I run paid ads to my link?
Yes, with two limits. Please skip branded keywords, meaning "The Sistering," "Isabelle Bridges," and close variations, and please do not run creative that looks like it came from me. Use your own voice and your own face, or the approved assets in the toolkit. Send me a note before you spend so I know what is running.
Can I share my link during a sale or promotion?
Yes. Commission stays at $500 whatever she pays, including during a promotion or a founding-member rate. If a particular launch ever works differently, you will hear it from me before it opens.
