Why this matters

You're not undisciplined. You're undersupported.

If every January starts with a new planner but never an actual plan, I've got you.

Here's how you'll be supported on January 8.

01

Support for your time

Ninety minutes with your name on them

You show up for your family, your clients and your people. Your own vision keeps getting squeezed into the leftovers. On January 8, your vision comes first.

02

Support for your voice

A woman who hears you

You listen to everyone. When it's your turn, the conversation drifts back to someone else, or you never say it at all. On January 8, you say your dream out loud to one woman whose only answer is "I hear you." You were never meant to carry it alone.

03

Support for your plan

A plan that lasts past February

After Vision Quest, you'll leave with a 3-Year Target and one Winter milestone you can finish by March 31. A word of the year is easy to lose under the laundry. This gives you something solid to hold on to when the week gets hard.

Why three years

Picture an ordinary Tuesday, 1,000 days from now.

Someone asks what you're building, and you answer without shrinking. You say yes to what lights you up and no without apologizing. You did the big thing, and you still have room to breathe.

One year can feel like pressure. Three years gives your vision space to grow. That woman already exists. On January 8, you get to meet her.

The method

Who you're becoming comes first.

Most January plans jump straight to the to-do list. Mine starts with who you're becoming. I call it BE, DO, HAVE. When you know who you're being, the doing gets clearer and the having follows. The future can feel hard to hold, so we begin with the past. It's solid ground.

01
BE

Reconnect

Go back 1,000 days to the woman you were. Name what you've let go of since, and find the thread that has always been you.

02
BE

Meet her

Future you

In a guided visualization, spend one ordinary day with the woman you're becoming. Notice how she moves and what she says yes to.

03
DO

Take your first step

Write your 3-Year Target in one sentence and say it out loud to one other woman. Choose one Winter milestone to finish by March 31. Then write your first step.

And the HAVE? That's the harvest, and it's what Focus Week is for.

At the end, I'll share a short invitation to Focus Week, five mornings from January 18 to 22. Your seat is $99 for the entire week. If it's a yes, wonderful. If it isn't, everything you made is yours to keep.

What you leave with

Five things that are yours to keep.

  • Your look back. The woman you've been, and the thread that has always been you.
  • Your 3-Year Target, in one sentence you've said out loud.
  • One Winter milestone you can finish by March 31.
  • Your first step and your declaration, in your own words.
  • Your planner and the replay, to come back to whenever you like.

From women inside The Sistering

What changes when someone holds it with you.

Someone holds it when you forget
"What I love is that Isabelle is always asking: so what's your vision? And I always go, oh right, I am working on something. She holds it when I forget. That's not a small thing. That's everything."
Sistering member
A dream you didn't dare say out loud
"I came in with a dream I didn't dare say out loud. After two years here, I have 100 pages of documents. It went from a seed to a small tomato plant, and now it's starting to bear fruit."

Your guide

Hi, I'm Isabelle Bridges.

Founder, The Sistering

For years I carried a vision on my own, in whatever scraps of time were left at the end of the day. I was convinced that wanting more for myself meant taking something from everyone else. I was capable. I held a great deal for other people. And nobody was asking me what I was building.

I had plenty of discipline. What I needed was someone to hold me while I said what I wanted out loud.

So I founded The Sistering, a home for women building lives with room for both peace and ambition. Vision Quest is the front door. Come and meet her.

Come home to yourself.

A bridge implies two sides, the space between them, and the possibility that what separates us might also connect us. Something happens in the in-between.
Isabelle Bridges

This is the heart of the BRIDGE framework I teach inside The Sistering. Vision Quest is where it begins.

Before we begin

Bring three things.

  • A journalYou'll write through most of the guided work, and paper works well for this.
  • A warm drinkThis is a morning that belongs to you. Treat it that way.
  • A quiet spotSomewhere you can close your eyes without anyone needing you for a little while.

Cameras and chat stay optional. If you're writing with your camera off, you're doing it exactly right.

There is no homework and no way to arrive behind. Your planner arrives in your welcome email. Its short warm-up opens at 6am PT that morning and takes about 15 minutes with your coffee. If you can't get to it, come anyway.
